Circle of Security Parenting

Are you the parent of a child aged 0 to 6? Does better understanding your child's emotional needs for a more positive relationship resonate with you?

Join our group!

Goals

  • Understand your child's emotional world by learning to decode their emotional needs.

  • Helping her to better manage her emotions to promote her daily well-being.

  • Encourage their self-esteem by supporting their emotional and relational development.

  • Strengthen your parental confidence to offer your child a sense of security.

Procedure
  • The meetings, without the presence of children, are structured around accessible presentations on attachment, enriched by the observation of videos, reflection exercises and thematic discussions.

  • A climate of safety and kindness fosters non-judgmental exchanges.

  • Through the Circle of Security, each parent is invited to reflect on their own attachment experiences to identify their strengths and challenges with their child.

  • Over 8 sessions, you will learn to better understand and respond to your child's attachment needs through a simple and evocative model.

Meeting format
  • Groups of a maximum of 10 parents to encourage enriching exchanges and personalized support.

  • Sessions once a week, either in person or via videoconference, depending on the group's needs.

  • The schedule can be adjusted according to the availability and preferences of the group.

  • Participation in the discussions is encouraged, but everyone is free to express themselves at their own pace and according to their comfort.

  • A brief preliminary phone interview will ensure that this program meets your expectations and needs.

For an overview of the program (French subtitles available), you can watch the video "Security Animation Circle" on the Circle of Security International YouTube channel.

As a facilitator certified by Circle of Security International (COSP), I support parents in developing a secure attachment with their child, in order to help them become bigger, stronger, wiser and more caring, while strengthening their bond of trust and security with their child.
